I recently contracted with Bay Area Roofing fir all if my needs including a new roof, repairs of dry rot, new chimney flanges, insulation, and new brackets for my overhead awning. Frankly, Bay Area Roofing were the only firm able to do everything and our project Manager Rual was attentive to our needs and very professional- he handled everything perfectly. I would rate Rual and Bay Area 5 stars for the work that was performed in a very timely fashion.

BVC did a detailed inspection for my residential roof replacement, and provided a written contract with specs and details of what would be done. They showed up for pre-inspection one week before start. They appeared one time with materials and numerous labor and performed the work in a timely manner and with the highest quality of work product. They provided warranty of their product and work. AAA+++ Excellent !!

Great experience having a new roof put on our gazebo. On time every day, kept area clean all day, workmanship was first class, and workers were good people. I was very impressed and will call them on my next project. TCC
