Kandice S is so caring. She was very helpful and quick to helped me with any concern I had. She followed up in a timely manner. I had an amazing experience with this company.

I used their app to make an appoint to see an apt and they cancelled on me 30 min before the showing for no reason after I drove down 2 1/2 hours to see it. This company is unprofessional and you should avoid dealing with them if you don’t like getting jerked around by people with zero planning skills or consideration for customers.

I had a great time renting from Bay Property Management. They responded to issues promptly and were pretty well run.

The entire team from management to maintenance has been helpful throughout the moving process and readily offered advice and guidance to ensure my move went smoothly. The few minor issues with my place were repaired quickly and professionally. Everyone I've dealt with at BPM has been professional, responsive, and pleasant to deal with.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with BPMG. Anytime I have submitted a work request, Kandice S. has followed up via text the same day and ensured a technician was dispatched ASAP. She is very friendly and attentive. My rent is very reasonable and when I find a new place to live, I plan on finding another property managed by BPMG.

I have been with Bay Property Management, for the last 3 years and they have been great! Olga Torrefiel has been very helpful and caring whenever there is an issue with the property. I am grateful for her and the team at Bay Property Management, in helping me manage my rental.

I was recently interested in a rental managed by this group. Before applying I asked the agent if she can share a little about who would be living right on top of me. (I was not looking for particulars; instead, I just wanted to have a basic idea of what I could expect.) She responded that she cannot disclose that information due to tenants’ rights, which I understand, but assured me that whoever is on top of me went through the same vetting process I would go through when submitting the application. After paying the application fee and before nearly signing the lease, I decided to visit the apartment one more time. Luckily, someone who works for the company—but who is not the agent nor the landlord—was there and disclosed that the unit above the space I would be renting functions as an Airbnb.

I find it deceptive not to share that information prior to having me submit the application, especially considering that I did broach the subject earlier. Additionally, those who would be renting it as an Airbnb would not go through the same vetting process I did. Not only did they make me pay an unnecessary fee, since I would NOT apply had I known there is an Airbnb above my unit, but made me go through the usual but time-consuming steps of planning to leave once space and starting anew in a different one. (Not to mention that I decided to go with this unit over a different one, thereby now missing out on an opportunity.)

I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews. However, such behavior needs to be called out.

Very good, very considerate

Literally a joke of company. These reviews have to be fake. Going on 3 days with no a/c, no fridge, no wifi etc and they simply do not care. Not a peco problem since the lights work and the rest of the building is fine. Won't get us a hotel. I have never experienced something so horrid in my life.
