Bay Crawl Space & Foundation Repair encapsulated my crawlspace a number of years ago and performs an annual inspection of the encapsulation, which includes maintenance on the dehumidifier. I was very impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the crew that installed the encapsulation and that expertise, professionals, and courtesy was, again, evident when Troy and his partner came out a few days ago to complete this year's annual Inspection and Maintenance visit.

I was having foundation issues that was causing cracks and other problems at my house. I called about 4 or 5 companies looking for a solution and a reasonable price. Believe it or not, Bay Crawl came in at a fraction of the price of their competitors and with a solution that was guaranteed to work. I was very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. My sales rep, Scottie was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to me so that was a bonus.

Everything done was so nice
And it was done super quick
I got to see the work done before paying for it
Awesome
They are super friendly and was glad to not be judge at the damage under my house
I appreciate them so much

I give Bay Crawlspace a solid 5 rating for the encapsulation they did at my residence. The workmanship was excellent, the encapsulation system was effective, and the staff were accommodating at all levels. They were excellent communicators and cheerfully handled the few punch list items we had. Most importantly I found Bay Crawlspace to be highly ethical and trustworthy.

Bay Crawl Space (Troy and Main) performed my yearly maintenance replacing my battery and filter and cleaned the space under the house. They were very friendly and professional. They even provided photos of the Crawlspace to show their findings.

I was blessed by the two helpfull ladies in the office, that sent Troy to my home for my yearly inspection. The ladies made my appointment quickly and on a day and time slot that met my needs. Troy called when he was 15 min away. He was polite, knowledgeable, and willing to explain things to me. He addressed my sticking doors and solved the problem. After being under the house, he went over the pictures of the crawl space. I am pleased, once again, with the fine work done by Bay Crawl. The investment in my home was a positive choice!
