Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair

Thank you for the professional quality job on repairing our foundation and installing jacks. Especially thanks to Eric, Travis, Payne, and Shawn for all your hard work.

We are very happy with the service from Bay Crawlspace. Our crawlspace needed attention because water was carving a trench through our crawlspace.  In addition we had humidity problems during the summer.  From Michael, who came out to give us a quote, to the office staff, to Eric and the Production team, everyone was thorough, punctual and polite.  I appreciated that they were willing to work with us on altering the plans to meet our needs and the configuration of our home.  The system seems to be working fine, though it has not yet been tested by a good rain or by summer's heat and humidity. I will try to check in next summer to let everyone know how successful the crawlspace encapsulation is in the long term.

My husband and I hired Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair and we were very pleased with the company and the work they did. The men were professional and courteous, arrived on time, as well as keeping us informed what they were doing and the clean-up was superb. Thank you Lenny, Nathan, Matt, and Jermaine. My wife and I had Bay perform our first annual inspection of our crawlspace and Dehumidifier. Matt and Art were on time, they called and asked if they could come earlier than their scheduled time. Bay Craw Space (Troy and Main) performed my yearly maintenance, changing the battery and filter on the dehumidifier and cleaning the crawl. They were very friendly and professional.

Bay Crawl sent Troy out to do my yearly inspection. He is a very polite, professional, and knowledgeable employee. Thanks to the ladies in the office, my yearly inspection was scheduled quickly and during a time that met my needs. My foundation improvements are still doing a fine job! I recommend Bay Crawl to anyone interested in investing in their home. It is a solid investment!

From Mr. Hendrickson's inspection, to completion of the work, I have been exceptionally Impressed with Bay Crawl Space. The ladies in the office, MIkki, Christa, and Kristen, were very pleasant and helpful. Troy and Nathan, who removed the old insulation, kept me informed concerning traffic situations and their arrival times. They were always very professional.
Eric, Travis, and Payne showed the same considerations, and were very pleasant to work with. Eric was especially adept at keeping me informed daily of the progress on the encapsulation process and installation of dehumidifiers and sump pumps.
I am very pleased with Bay Crawl Space, and I highly recommend them! them!

This was for an encapsulation project. I cannot stress enough how fantastic this group was to work with. They were professional, punctual, and the job is superb. They took pictures along the way to show me the progress and they always contacted me with updates.

Encapsulation. I can't say enough good things about this company! It all started with David, the advisor, who did an excellent job of assessing our crawlspace needs. He was very professional and thorough in his explanations The office personnel was amazing at scheduling the work and keeping us up-dated throughout the whole process. When the team arrived (Adian, Aaron, and Darrick), on time everyday, they were so professional, helpful and patient in answering all of our questions! I couldn't have asked for a better crew! They went above and beyond what was required. It was so nice to have a group with such an amazing work ethic. Thank you so much, Bay Crawl Space, for doing such an excellent job!

Hello, this is the first Google review I've ever posted. I was compelled to do so for this here company who went above and beyond. Long story short there are grading issues(botched job- not from Bay) in the crawlspace and exterior of our home.
I called Bay. Dave who was very professional & kind, came out to do a consultation and estimate. After looking around from the outside, he did not recommend raising the crawlspace and gave detailed reasons as to why it would not be beneficial, and why it would compromise the integrity of our home. Even though, at this point, it was clear he wouldn't be able to earn our business, he still said, "Let me suit up, go under there, & take pictures for you, it'll give you a better idea of the clearance you're working with and could help you decide how you want to proceed," (We did not pass city inspection, with work done from another company). He gave us a clear understanding of what was going on, what he recommended, and what he would do if this was his home. All in all, he had our BEST interests in mind!! We thanked him for his time and in appreciation my husband tried to pay him, David would not take 1 penny from us. He was insistent that he was happy to help us in any way he could. He then emailed the photos to me that evening. If I ever need crawlspace work, Bay has my business! And they should have yours too, call them today!!??
