Ask for Jamie Durrett. If she can't help you she will send you to the best person in the firm to help you. I was there for a real estate closing - they did a good job, but I wasn't blown away. No digital documents presented at closing... Just felt dated.Report

I attended a presentation on data security and the implications for businesses that was hosted by the lawyers at Batson Nolan. They brought in a nationally recognized speaker and former president of the TN bar association who gave a thorough, and informative presentation on how security breaches occur, the legal trends and implications, and how to prepare for and respond to a security incident.Report
