Dr. Bates is great!!! I was a patient of Dr. Thacker until his passing last year in December. Dr. Bates is super sweet and super SMART!!! He is a delight and the little time I have know him the experience is just been great. Not to mention his practice on Lakeshore is super cool, and decorated so nicely. Lastly he is super gentle with your mouth while in braces overall great young doctor I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM if you need braces, and his wife is a sweet heart too!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Bates, Dr. Kathryn, and Tori are simply the BEST! I love coming here and I feel more than comfortable discussing my plan of care with Dr. Bates and asking any questions. I love that I feel "in the loop" about what's going on with my braces and this is exactly the kind of practice I imagined coming to.
