Mr Bates arrived quickly after call did a very thorough inspection and diagnostics and had my system running in a very timely manner. Professional and friendly he explained everything he was doing, and my questions. I highly recommend his service and company.

Steven is outstanding! Honest,reliable,and prompt! He's been servicing my Ac'sfor 10 years and recently had him install two brand new units. In one months time I saved40% on my electric bill.

Steven Bates came to the rescue and fixed our ac! After our landlord had to pay another company to come out last time Steven explained it was under warranty and shouldn't have cost a dime! He came out and had it fixed in minutes!

Hi Rion, thank you for your review! One of the things all our technicians check is all warranties. In your case you had a part and labor warranty. We are happy that you're cooling now and your landlord is happy for our honesty.

Steven has serviced the A/C in our primary home and rental home. He also recently installed a pool heater at our home. Always very responsive, reasonable and great at answering all of our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Bates Air and Heat!

Steven Bates of Bates Air conditioning handled my call. He was quick to respond and diagnose my issue. Unfortunately I had needed a part that would normally be handled under warranty and I had some issues with the manufacturer. Steven guided me through getting the process of getting my issue resolved and jumped through hoops to get me the part and installed in a very quick fashion. Cannot say enough good about him and his employees. I would not hesitate to give them a call when your next issues comes about. I would highly recommend and encourage their use!!
