Disappointed. Steering wheel controls didn't work as they did before their service team took the steering wheel apart to check an issue with the horn. Instead of offering to make it right they told me they'd likely charge me another $160 diagnostic fee to check it. I'll be going elsewhere for my vehicle care.

Outstanding purchase services. We wanted to look a car for our child and found something for ourselves that appeared out of reach. They worked very hard to reach an affordable deal that worked for us(more than it did for them). Very impressed and will be back. Thanks Trevor and Joe.

The best car buying experience I've had in many, many years. The process is very transparent and efficient. Extremely knowledgeable team with everyone willing to do what was necessary to help me accomplish my goals. I'm super satisfied with my Grand Cherokee and when it's time to buy another rig - I'll come back to Lithia CDJR. Extra kudos to Christian for coming in on his day off to help work the deal for me. Highly recommended!

Greg Tiemann gave the worse customer service I've experienced from a auto dealer. I already do not like shopping from a new vehicle in person and making me feel trapped into buying when only test driving a vehicle I haven't even decided I like yet made it worse.

The nail in the coffin was the dismissively rude manner in which Greg conducted himself after he'd been told I wasn't ready to buy today. He wouldn't even shake my hand.

Make sure if you buy a vehicle
From this place that it is a U.S. vehicle they will sell you a Canada vehicle and not disclose. They will not honor factory warranty on a Canada vehicle. We are stuck with a $35000 vehicle with no coverage on factory warranty.

I purchased a vehicle from Lithia in 2018, and went through the typical dealership experience. Recently upon coming back to refund my warranty that was on said vehicle since selling, I enjoyed that same, frustrating dealership experience all over again. I've had other dealerships send me my warranty refund paperwork via email, no issues, done and over. Lithia made sure to drag me through the mud in attempts to get me to question if getting my money back was worth it. I was required to show up in person, and argue with their finance department who tried to tell me that they couldn't look up my warranty information to refund it since I bought the vehicle more than 2 years ago. After which, he took his sweet time working through the process to get me my refund. He and others continued to tell me how long it would take for the money to get to me, they insisted it would take months. Of course I cant see why that would matter, it felt like an effort to convince me it wasn't worth getting the refund. The check came in 1 week. I personally will not be continuing future business here, and I hope others have a better experience than myself.

A vehicle of mine had a factory recall, which led me to this exemplary dealership. Service and sales people all seemed genuinely friendly, were helpful and professional...bar none.. refreshing. The lot is fantastic for browsing vehicles; spotless lot and whips, beautifully lit and sharply striped, with a common sense layout...cudos. Top that, with a 4-5 hour job estimate delivering in 2.5. MADE MY DAY!

I went in for a oil change. There were six representatives. Three were helping customers. Three were Glued to their computers. No one looked up and said I'll be right with you. When one of the three customers left I stood where he had just left and the representative went to help a representative with a computer issue. One of the other three that were free from the beginning said can I help you. I was irritated and commented , im not hear for my health ". His response back was just as inappropriate as mine.
No one in the office wore a mask. I'm Immuno suppressed so I should have just left.
My invoice said if I wasn't totally satisfactory with the service call the service manager.
I have not received a call.
I guess it's the sign of the times. I'll try another
Dealership.

We just went in to test drive a 2021 Jeep Gladiator and spoke with Justin. I have never had a more combative/dismissive experience at a dealership before in my life. When you are going in to purchase a new vehicle, the experience should be infinitely better than this. Not that it matters in the scheme of things; but, we will be taking our business elsewhere. If I'm buying a 50+ thousand dollar car and the ideal is to put down a massive chunk in cash, you'd think you could do better.
