Everyone was so nice and easy to work with. We had been a few places prior and when we told them right away that we weren't going to be buying that day they pretty much acted like we were wasting their time. At Barnett they were happy to give us all the info we needed and take their time with us. They also gave us a value for our potential trade in that was very fair. It was so nice to just deal with people who wanted to help. So we did end up buying that day! A great experience!

I did not buy anything from Barnett, but spent a couple of hours looking at a new Jeep. I had been in communication via email for several days, had set up an "appointment" to see the Jeep at a specific time. I came into the show room, spent a few minutes trying to get someone's attention until a salesperson approached me. I felt like I had to start from scratch despite having an appointment. I had to sit down and talk about what vehicles I'd like to look at and price ranges, even though I had one I had wanted to look at and prepared to buy. Eventually someone went and got the Jeep (once they found someone who could drive a stick) and I was able to test drive it. Unfortunately I was more knowledgeable about the Jeep than the salesperson. I wanted an estimate for my trade but this seemed to be a hassle for the staff. It was an archaic system of writing features down on paper that took forever. I spent about two hours of my time at the dealership to eventually get offered a very low trade for my vehicle despite blue book rating it higher. The manager was convinced the "trade in bonus" would make up for the difference, but this is already built into the price of the new vehicle on autotrader. Very misleading. I visited several other dealers this week and given a much more competitive offer than Barnett. All staff were pleasant but I unfortunately would not return due to this experience.

Took care of the problem. It was all covered under warranty and not a hassle to deal with. Thank you

Amazing team! No aggressive sales tactics and an amazing atmosphere. Moises was helpful and informative on all aspects of the vehicle we were looking for and Rick made signing the paperwork a breeze. We would definitely recommend Barnett to anyone looking for a new ride!
