Since 2000, Barnes and Phillips assisted me in purchasing 3 houses. They managed 2 of my rental properties and later sold them for me. They were always available to me and very helpful. I highly recommend them for all you real estate needs.

Wayne Rose is an exceptional agent and went out of his way to accommodate us to successfully sell our homes. Since we live out of town, Wayne had to do extra work to make this all happen and he did it gladly, without complaining. I definitely would recommend him and the agency for their hard, honest work.

The Barnes&Phillips Real Inc team is a very professional team who is taking care of our properties since 2014. We have added more properties since 2014 after we realized how helpful and professional the team is not only in buying new homes but as well the whole dealing of the maintenance of our homes. As well on the accounting side everything is flowing always smoothly. THEY ARE SIMPLY THE BEST!!!
