If I could give them 0 stars I would. Mold infestation roaches and all. Damaged my lungs for the lung run. Lived here for years and when told about the problem seems like they literally only painted over it. No conscious.

I moved to Banyan Bay in 2019 and has loved it ever since. The staff is remarkable and the atmosphere is so quiet and safe. The quality of the apartments is also amazing. It will make 3 years for me in March 2022 and I haven't had to make one single maintenance call. But when I have called regarding other things, I've worked with Mrs. Monique. No matter how busy she is, she remembers your name and face. She keeps her word and makes you feel confident in her actions. I really hate that this will be my last year here. Kudos to all of the Banyan Bay staff. Our living experience here has been so peaceful all because of how you treat your tenants and how you work hard to keep the atmosphere safe.

My husband live 2 years ago there, when he was the person who showed him the whole place she was a wonderful person but banyan bay rented lies... 1 the security of the condon is really bad the gate never close ( months ago people stole our motorcycle) and when we went to ask for help they told us it was our problem to have a motorcycle 2. They never fumigate they do not have insect control in the green areas all the time you are seeing spider, toads and cockroaches and unfortunately the cockroaches come into the apartments 3 in the apartments there is humidity the AC is rusted the washers and dry machines work for times and whe you do the maintenance requirement they fix things halfway and after 3 weeks its has the same problems... in conclusion i do not advise anymore who lives in ths dirty place. I have a real photos not retouches like they put in the publications... in one there my husband always sees the same garbage on the floor for weeks.

I moved to Florida from Wichita in 2019, and upon arriving I was in search of a semi luxurious apartment with affordable costs. Banyan Bay was the third place I looked into, and by far the closest to my expectations. The property is beautiful with amenities like a pool, gym, and a tennis court, and the inside of the apartments are beautiful. I removed a star solely because their staff takes a while to reply to requests, but the quality and kindness of staff, most specifically Diana, makes up for this downfall.

Not a bad place to live. Quiet neighborhood, pretty decent wall thickness so you don't hear your neighbors music and such. I like the amenities you get for sure. While it does take a bit of time to get in contact with anyone from the office, everyone seems pretty friendly. With that being said, that's my complaint. I'd like a faster response. But like I said, since everyone is usually pretty friendly when they do respond I'm overall happy

They have really bad customer service. We were very interested to rent an apartment and they didn't gave any support. Don't go there

This staff is truly the best of the best. Justin and Diane has helped me along the way. Diane is extremely professional, kind, understanding and just outstanding. I can officially call Banyan Bay my home this week for me and my son. I move in on Tuesday and look forward to being her for a few years to come. I can't express my gratitude for the staff and the assurance provided that they would always follow up with me throughout the application and approval process. I can not thank my Banyan Bay family enough for allowing me to now call this place home. The area seems safe, the property is clean, I was able to see a model of the apartment type I'll be staying in and the location is right near the turn pike for easy commute . I'm excited and very happy. Thank you
