Tried to get help with my Limited edition Chrysler. The service department here, specifically Velma was amazing. The sales team weren’t helpful but that’s seemingly more on corporate than this place. Mechanics were cool

The communication between me and the service department is ridiculous. I have called several times with no communication other than me texting and talking to bots. I don't care that my car has been there for 5 days for an alignment. Never mind the fact they did a recall that messed up my alignment, and they refused to fix it. It also has now cost me 1000 dollars for new tires because they dont know what they are doing. but the disrespect of no communication. You look at the reviews. I'm not the first... obviously, this is a problem with the owner and / or management... because lots of people are complaining about it. Nothing has been fixed.
