horrible. Would tell everyone around me to avoid Nissan for leasing car. they ridiculously say we don't cover any of the maintenance fees for lease car. how funny they can be :D they wanted to charge me $100 for tire rotation :D OMGReport

There is absolutely no respect for the customers' time.
Appointment at 2:45pm. Arrived at 2:38 pm and was told that it would be 2.5 to 3 hours. I asked what is the purpose of an appointment? Response "to guarantee you have an assigned service advisor." So I asked what is the best way to avoid this wait? Response: "come when we open at 7 am."
Next day, I arrive at 7 am. I get a text at 8:08 am that the oil change is complete and I decline additional service (change oil filter). It's 9:10 and I still have no car. After an hour plus I'm told "still waiting on the car wash".
So I've still spent 2+ hrs and the service advisors and cashiers still have no paperwork for me to at least pay my total so I can leave promptly after the never ending car wash.
I am bringing this as a favor to my family member. I will never purchase a car here because I would hate to have to deal with a service department that has absolutely no respect for the customers time.Re: My review is of the servi ... Just called and the sales associate said I'll have to pay $300 for a recall. I never heard of this before in the past visits. Plus he sounded very disrespectful on the phone.
