I was very happy with the professionalism and work that this company provided me. From the first person who showed up (Kelby Beard), to the workers (Mark and his team) . Kelly did the initial inspection and explained exactly what the main problem with my foundation was. He never tried to oversell me something that was not needed. As a senior citizen on a limited budget I was extremely thankful. From the moment Mark showed up with his crew I was very pleased at how friendly and respectful they all were. I really appreciated being introduced to everyone that was going to work on my project. After completion Mark walked me around the work area to show me and explain everything that was done. They also left the area clean. If I ever need help again they will definately be my first choice.

From the beginning of our experience, with Kelby, to the time of service, with Courtney and Marco, the folks at Baird were all courteous, respectful and very professional. Kelby came out to assess the service needed and provided several options. Marco and Courtney arrived on the day of repairs. The care and time they took to perform the repairs was top notch. Their professionalism was evident in every meticulous detail involved in the job. Our family highly recommends Baird and the team that assisted us.

Great crew, great job, a few hiccups but it was handled very professionally and in a timely manner. Highly recommended. We've used Baird Foundation Repair twice and will use again for other properties f needed.
