Baird Foundation Repair

The Baird Team (Foreman Javier, team members Mike, Albert & Rich) that was assigned to our foundation repair was very knowledgeable of the task and understood my concerns. The entire team was very courteous and left the job every day clean and orderly. Needless to say we were very pleased with their work and the office personnel were just as polite. Highly recommend them!

Love these guys. Foreman Javier and his helpers, Mike and Albert came out to do our work and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend this company and especially these three guys I mentioned…they’re the best!

Jackie & Ryan were on time, and communicated very well. Both technicians were professional in appearance and demeanor. I would recommend Baird Foundation repair. The truck was clean & organized, the sign of folks who know what they are doing.

This was my third project with Baird! Jacob and Zack did a great job. They got the project done in no time and were very attentive to my requests.

Baird Foundation completed my foundation leveling over a period of 3 days. Everyday they were always on time, cleaned up after themselves (leaving no trash behind) and were never bothered with the multitude of questions that I had. The Foreman Josh was always professional and polite and informed me each day what they would be doing. I interacted with the entire crew (Luis, Dennis and John) several times over the 3 days they worked on my foundation. They were never bothered by my constant curiosity and were always happy to explain the science behind how the lift happened and supported the house. Watching the crew interact with each other it is very apparent that they have worked together for some time. On the last day of the lift as they were closing up all of the holes, my water main burst. As I started to dig to find the break I was very surprised when they stopped what they were doing to help ease my frustration. Even to the point where one of them helped me dig a little, even after telling him that I was ok and this wasn't part of his job. To which he responded "that is ok". Thank you Baird Foundation for having such a great crew and for taking care of my house as if it were your own. Thank you Josh for being Awesome!

The Baird team (Courtney and Marco) who accomplished the work was outstanding! Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, they went above and beyond. Their patience in the laborious task of raising and leveling a patio has given it new life and saved me the expense and trouble of having it demolished, hauled away, and re-poured. I am very pleased with their work and would gladly have them return anytime I need this type of job in the future. Ask for them by name, they are keepers!

Employees, Kyle, Kris and Angel represented Baird Foundation Repair in a highly professional manner. While doing their job, Kris and Angel would take their time to explain what was being done when questioned. They demonstrated they were very knowledge about there procedures. If I need any additional work, I would want them to to it. I would recommend this too anyone needing this type of job.
