Baird Foundation Repair

Courtney and Marco did an outstanding job on lifting our driveway and back concrete patio. They also repaired and sealed the cracks in the driveway and sidewalk. They never hesitated in answering my question's during the entire process. Lastly, they were very respectful of our property. My husband and I are very pleased with Baird Foundation Repairs; we would definitely recommend this company.

Our team was always on time and the supervisor Francisco communicated great throughout the project. They keep the area clean and safe for our animals as well.

We are very happy with Baird’s work. From start to finish they were professional and courteous. Jude was very helpful in finding a repair plan that worked for us. He made sure we got everything we needed and managed to keep it in budget so thank you. Daniel and his team managed to get our project done in a day (Friday before Christmas no less) and they were great. They showed up on time, were very polite, and definitely demonstrated knowledge and experience with this kind of work. The house was lifted with no issues and I even noticed some cracks close and doors shut more completely after the work. Totally recommend this company with Jude, Daniel, and their teams in particular.

Installed piers the entire front half of the house and lifted 1 inch. The foreman Francisco was very informative and great communication.

We had our Extention Room and garage side of the house elevated with piers and 5 steel beams placed under the extention room.I would like to recognize Joshua, Louis, and there crew for doing an outstanding job working in drizzle and cold wet weather,none of them complained.They were all professional, polite and friendly. Josh and his team kept us informed on each faze of the lift. I felt this crew went above and beyond and should be recognized .They had great customer service skills.We were kept informed by Josh on what time they would arrive and were always on time.Again my wife Irma and myself would like to thank them. It was an exspensive project but the equipment used was top notch. I would also like to thank Diego DiMatteo for coming out and overseeing the the project to make sure that the lift went as planned.Baird Foundation will be highly recommended by us. And not forgetting the administration staff for keeping us on top of things.Again thank you.

Courtney and Angel completed a concrete leveling job for us today. They were courteous and professional. It was evident that they knew exactly what they were doing and did a great job.
