Cliff Matthew’s helped my mother get a new car and it was such a nice experience! He catered to her needs, and didn’t keep us there for hours!

Rudy was great. It was a very good experience. If you are in the market for a used car, they have a very good selection to look at.

We had a great experience at Baierl Toyota with Cody our sales person. He treated us with respect and gave us a great deal. We will in the future purchase more vehicles from this dealership with the hopes that Cody our sales person will still be there.

I’m very disappointed with the experience my husband had at Baierl Toyota.

The post had been completely deleted from their Facebook page. You can read it below. If you have an issue, don't bother putting it on Facebook page, they just delete it like it never happened.....

He worked with Justine on a swap deal for a vehicle and left a $500 down payment, trusting the arrangement would be honored. However, the dealership listed his car online and sold it to another buyer for a higher price.

When I attempted to share our experience on the dealership’s Facebook page, my comment was deleted instead of addressed. This lack of transparency and accountability is deeply concerning, especially for a business that claims to be “committed to providing a quality experience to every customer.”

Even another dealership expressed surprise that Baierl Toyota would handle a situation this way. We expected honesty and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not our experience.

If the sales manager responds to this comment, he already talked to you and you had to hand him back his check because someone there sold his car.

Lastly, when Baierl owned the Toyota dealership, it was requitable company. I had a great experience. It's just not the same.

Truly one of the most painless car buying experiences I have had. Cliff was great and answered all of my questions. The follow-up to the sale was appreciated and even necessary as they located a piece that was missing and made sure I received it. Would definitely go start here for my next car.

Great service after the sale for an out of state buyer. Our 2021 Sequoia had a minor, albeit expensive, mechanical issue after our warranty had expired! I reached out to the dealership and they took care of me! Sales manager Jordan called me back and said, “don’t worry, we will make this right”. I took the car to a local Toyota dealership got a quote and texted it to Jordan. A check was mailed to me the same day from Baierl Toyota to cover the cost of the repairs.

They had no legal responsibility to take care of the issue, they could have easily dismissed me as a one time, out of state buyer and told me, “sorry for your luck”. Instead they chose to take care of me! You can bet I will be calling Jordan in the next couple of months when it’s time to replace my 2003 Sequoia!

I would highly recommend Baierl Toyota and will be back!

I purchased a used 2023 Toyota 4Runner from Baierl Toyota last week and it was an easy transaction with this dealership. This was my 14th vehicle that I have purchased over 44 years and I have had some unpleasant experiences with certain car dealerships! Not the case at Baierl Toyota........from the test drive and closing the deal with my car salesman Cliff Matthews and finalizing my paperwork with Lou in their finance dept., all a good and pleasant experience. Kudos to those two gentlemen! I hope your Boss appreciates you as great Customer Service agents! My advice to anyone is to do your research before going into any dealership. This is my 3rd Toyota 4Runner that I have bought in my lifetime so I knew what options I wanted and what I could do without. If you've done your homework, you'll get out the door quicker with the car that fits your needs. I will definitely recommend Baierl Toyota to my family and friends and will definitely consider them for any future purchases. There is a Cochran Toyota dealership 1.5 miles from my home but I drove 50 minutes to Baierl Toyota to buy a 4Runner.............so what does that tell you?!
