Baierl Honda

My 2007 Honda Ridgeline would crank but would not start. I had it towed to Baierl Honda. They looked at it and suspected that it might be a problem with the electronics in my key not communicating correctly with the immobilizer ( part of the security system). They asked me to bring my other key to their shop for them to try. They tried it and it worked. They made me another key and charged me $430. Seems like an awful lot for fixing a bad key.

Found out through a different dealership the car we were sold was checked out and needed a new engine. They opted to not replace or disclose that information to us and sold us the car. They refused to return our calls concerning the problems we were having and also ignored us when we were trying to setup our warranty. We will be pursuing legal action and have had to contact the states attorney General

Let me start by saying I was in the car business and can be a very tough sell! I spent a lot time with the general sales manager named Ryan Shank who is the most patient and sincere man in the car business. we changed vehicles numerous times and took a lot of his time. I was irritated with us myself and I was truly amazed how well he handled all of our turmoil. He had to run 10 different scenarios and cost sheets. And he was the best price in town by far! Our salesman Greg was great too. He held our hand every step of the way - bringing us car after car to test drive. We even met with the general manager named Chuck who was also unbelievably helpful, nice and very supportive ! In finance, another gentleman also named Ryan checked us out and was extremely efficient and nice. Thanks guys ! you’re the best in the business! I’ll be making numerous referrals.
I made an impulsive purchase from Baierl Honda about 3 weeks ago. I wound up with buyers remorse. I went in and Saw Ryan Shank and Dustin Davis and they got me into something more practical and at a very fair price.

These guys are true gentleman and I couldn't be happier with my entire experience. I give these guys the highest recommendation possible.

Everyone is so nice. I feel the service dept. is honest and upfront. It is a comfortable place while I wait for service to be completed. I always try to work with John Kurta in the service dept. He always makes my day better.
