Worst experience ever with this car dealership. I bought cars before and had great experiences. This time they didn't even have a key for the vehicle I wanted. Then they made me a deal written on paper and had me sign that paper just to have to offer taken back when closing the deal. Also I have great credit and they could only get one person to finance to me and it was at a 7% interest rate. Then I called about there being problems with the brakes after driving the car home on the highway and they talked their way around it and when I called back in I would never get a call back after leaving messages. Now two months later and I never received paperwork on the car loan and have been calling them to figure out what's going on and how to get ahold of my loan providers. Just to be ignored after leaving several messages. I would never buy a car from this dealership ever again in my life and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. A bunch of sleazy car salesman.DO NOT BUY From these people take your money somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!

They do their best to keep you informed regarding your repair, and they attempt to turn around your car as quickly as possible.

My daughter and i went to Bairel Honda to buy a CRV. We had private funding, so the money was set, we didn't have to mess with any of that, however, the salesmen there were terrible. Greg, our salesman left a copy of my daughters driver's license on the receptionist desk where everyone checks in. Several people saw her address, her license number, her birthday. Obviously they don't worry about identity theft as they were trying to perpetuate it. When i said it was unacceptable to leave personal information face up for all and sundry one salesman apologized. The other one rolled his eyes at me and said... women.
Furthermore, after test driving and deciding to buy the vehicle our sales man was to busy to speak with us. Women. Don't waste your time. Backwards, haughty, dismissive.

When I first contacted the dealership via phone, Rebecca Maguire was able to answer questions quickly and then follow up via email with more details. When we got in touch a few days later, Patrick Evans was very helpful as well, via phone, email and text. We were in kind of a hurry for our own reasons, and vehicles were flying out the door, so time was of the essence. We then came in to purchase a vehicle and Patrick's rundown of its features and things to note was great. He and the finance team worked hard to answer my questions and provide a comprehensive list of financing options. We left satisfied and happy.
The only not-great aspect was the hard sell on extended service plans, but I knew to expect that. I would have appreciated knowing the options with prices ahead of time. (Still not likely to purchase but it may have changed my mind, not being pressured in the moment.)

If your looking to buy a car from Bairel Honda I would strongly suggest giving that decision another thought. Let's start at the beginning. The individual who sold me the car straight up lied about features of the car and things that we were supposed to get buying a dealer owned certified preowned vehicle.
On 3 completely different situations the vehicular had to go in for service. The service department called me and told me my vehicle was ready for pick up. Took time off work to make it there before they close only to look and see the work that was supposed to be done hadn't be fixed yet and would have to return the next day to pick up the vehicle again causing me to miss more time at work. On one incident the service department wedged something between the dash board and the steering wheel tearing the leather on the dash and the back of the steering wheel. They tried to fix it by gluing the tear which has started to come undone and they refuse to replace the dash board they defaced. The 2019 Honda Odyssey touring elite which we bought has had 3 recalls in the past year and a half and one of them they calmed to have fixed but the problem is still there. They have connection issues with the sterile and Bluetooth which is a recognized problem which the replace a wiring harness which is supposed to fix the problem with the popping and cracking sound you hear while listening to the radio or Bluetooth. Well it worked for about a week and then the popping and cracking came back. The vehicle was just in for another recall and I asked them to look into the popping and cracking. Their answer was we already replace the cable once. There is nothing they can do. Today when we picked up the vehicle we had a sit down with the service manager and she told us to take our car which we bought from Bairel to another dealership maybe they can help me. Again it's the same issue they are aware of but now is passing the buck along. I will never buy another Honda. (This is the third Honda I have owned)
And I will never buy another car from Bairel. Sorry for the long post but wanted to let people know the type of dealership they are working with.

This was my first time buying a car and it was a horrible experience. I worked with this salesman named Greg and he made a lot of promises he did not keep. My car came with a warranty that Greg assured my I wouldn't need to use because the car was "solid and in really good shape." He also told me that "they only sell quality cars and any questionable cars get sent to auction." Not even three weeks later the check engine light came on and the car started stalling randomly. I tried to call the dealership to try and figure out how to use the warranty for the car and could not get ahold of anyone. Greg nor the general manager would answer or return any of my phone calls. I had to pay for my car repairs out of my own pocket and was given no information regarding my warranty. My local Chevy dealership told me that they needed the policy number on my warranty to be able to get the cost of the repairs covered through the assurant warranty company. I never received any paperwork at the time of signing and never received a phone call with my policy number to cover the cost of repairs through the warranty. Greg also promised me that since I live over three hours away from the dealership that he would meet me half way and provide a rental car if the car ever needed to go in for service, but that promise fell through too. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership.

I visited this dealership last month with high hopes in search of a new car but left disappointed.
I stopped in on a weekend without an appointment however the team got to me right away showing me vehicles and appraising my vehicle. Initially I felt very comfortable and welcomed but that changed as I sat down with a salesman. The appraisal they gave for my vehicle was half of what another dealership quoted me and was 1/4th of a quote I had from a Toyota dealer. After pointing out the differences they met the lower offer and papers were pushed on me to sign for the vehicle that included an additional ~$4,000 of add-ons that were not discussed. The salesman told me that could be adjusted after I signed. After asking more questions about differences between dealers ?the salesman told me that I was "Being disrespectful to their profession and the work that they do."
?I was taken aback and promptly left. I'm certain that he would never have said such things to me if there was a male present. It was very upsetting I will never visit this location or recommend it to anyone. Happily got my new CR-V at a different, respectful, location.
