I purchased my RDX from Baierl and was treated fairly. They were straightforward and made a good offer - no games. However, my experience with their service department was just the opposite. On two visits, I was given wrong information that resulted in an increased cost for routine service. I don't know if this was due to a lack of knowledge by the service advisors or a deliberate attempt to increase commission. Either way, I recommend Baierl Acura for sales, but not service. I won't be going back for service.Report
