Had a great experience working with McGregor in the service department. I had an A/C compressor issue with my 2018 MDX that got complicated. McGregor was excellent at communicating with me during the process. Nobody wants to be without a car for a week, but his communication throughout made it bearable. Thank you for doing your job well.
