We purchase a new TLX when we got home I noticed the touch up paint that was supposed to be included was missing. I contacted the salesman Brian R and he said it would be sent to us. I contacted him an additional time as well as his manager. It has been over a month and still no paint. Very poor customer service.

I was very happy with my sales experience at Baierl Acura in Wexford, PA. Ken McCosby was very responsive and willing to meet me to test drive my new 2025 MDX in a timely manner. He was helpful and knowledgeable during the sale. He also went above and beyond in showing me how to use the new infotainment system in the car.

Our experience with Art was fantastic. He was super knowledgeable of products and made us feel very comfortable. It was our first time buying luxury. Our experience met and surpassed our expectations.
