I just purchased the 2024 TLX ASpec from Mary Beth Belsito. I have been a customer of Baierl Acura and Mary Beth for over two decades. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience at this dealership from soup to nuts. Mary Beth is the most knowledgeable and adept sales person I've ever met. She knows every vehicle inside and out. In the rare case you have a question that stumps her, she's on it and gets you an answer quickly. She advocates for her customers and is an absolute pleasure to work with.Report
When it comes to the service department, Roddy Sassic and Tom Drzemiecki are the only two that I work with! Because they are the best!

BUYER BEWARE Avoid dealing with this Acura dealership unless you like rude and ignorant people and accuse you of lying.Had my car there for weeks and get it back to see this damage and the response with a text in all Caps THIS WAS NOT DONE HERE ????.. tried to ahold of general manager and I got no response in 2 days after leaving multiple voicemails .. I had to have it painted.. take pics before you take it in so this doesn’t happen to anyone else HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEALING WITH ANOTHER DEALERSHIPReport
