Baca Chiropractic Services is a veteran-owned practice delivering chiropractic care to Solomons, MD and nearby communities in southern Calvert and St. Mary’s counties. Dr. William F. Baca— a board-certified chiropractor with 24 years of clinical experience and a retired U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander— blends classic techniques (Palmer Package, Gonstead, Diversified, Activator, Thompson, Advanced Biostructural Correction) with modern adjunctive therapies such as electric muscle stimulation, ultrasound, heat/ice, shockwave therapy, and custom exercise plans.
Because we operate from a home-based clinic, overhead stays low and appointment times stay flexible: same-day slots are often available Monday through Friday (no walk-ins; please call or text to schedule). Our time-of-service fees are frequently comparable to in-network copays, and we supply superbills for patients who wish to file out-of-network claims. Auto-injury patients are welcome - we bill Med-Pay and PIP directly.

I had pinch my sciatic nerve pretty bad. I suffered for 12 days before I called Baca chiropratic on a Friday. Dr. Baca was very friendly and accomodating.
