They are fine when they are selling you a car , but their service department is terrible. They do not respond to phone calls and no one is ever there to assist you if you call . The waiting room is freezing and designed the way a city clinic would be , with silver and black hard chairs.

I have bought or leased Honda Civics from Babylon Honda for over twenty years. So it was natural for me to go there when I wanted a new Civic. I was greeted at the door by Yrad Pierre. Pierre was friendly and courteous. I sat down with him and he listened to my needs. He went over my options and I decided to lease my new car. Pierre took the time to show me all the functions, bells and whistles on my new Civic. I drove away a very happy customer in my beautiful car. I love it and would recommend going to Babylon Honda and to ask for Pierre. By the way, I always get my Honda's serviced there. They have a great service team and I am always happy eigh my service.

I had a great experience at New Babylon Honda. Pierre was very helpful and friendly. It was my first time leasing a car and he made the process simple and stress free. I got a deal that I was happy with and I am so happy with the car!

I do not have one negative thing to say about this dealership. Jesus Ramirez was beyond helpful and went out of his way to find me the Honda Accord I wanted. He is the type of person that you say jump and he says how high. Amazing service and amazing personality! Could not be happier driving around now!

Terrible customer service. Rude salespeople. They try their best to not sell you the car. This place used to be much better a few years ago. Now it's a typical sleazy car dealership full of unprofessional people

My second time going to Babylon Honda and once again it was a great experience. Next time ask for Thaddeus . It was a pleasure to work with him.

Beware of this place!!!! They told me they had a car online and made an appt for me to bring me to the lot to tell me the car has been sold! These people are not honest and wasted my time! Plus adding on extra fees towards price!

Never believe what they say. Double check it every time

I went to Babylon Honda yesterday looking for a new CR-V. After a couple of bad experiences at a different Honda dealership, I wasn't overly optimistic. I was greeted at the door by Pierre and immediately knew this experience was going to be different than the others. He was awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward. The negotiation process was quick and actually enjoyable - no tension and stress free! I highly recommend Babylon Honda and when you go you should ask to see Pierre! He understands the customer and is going to give you a fair deal if you're serious about buying a car! Great experience!
