B & R Fence Co. is a locally owned & operated family business that began in 1982 by Mike Burnard & Rick Ramsey as a part time business to keep them busy on their days off from the Grand Prairie Fire Dept., where they each served for more than 30 years. So the two firefighters could relax more and enjoy their retirement Mike & Rick passed the company on to Mike's son Jody who has also made his mark on the construction and contracting world with Burnard Contracting.
