From the start to the end a year later, Brian was on top of every little detail, so kind to me, and was confident in getting my first falsely accused DWI case dismissed. He did just that. I was falsely charged with DWI, second offense, and frightened of the consequences of a guilty verdict. I searched for attorneys in my area, and decided to choose Ayson Law Firm, after speaking with a few of them. Some were a little cheaper, many were more expensive, but Bryan and his staff were kind, attentive, and honest, from the first meeting and throughout. They were able to calm my fears, and provide me with competent counsel. I was able to keep my driver's license, and all charges were dismissed. I was walking home from the houston county jail googling DWI attorneys when I stumbled across Brian Ayson. He had 5 stars on google so I called him. After speaking with him on the phone, I knew I didn't need to call anybody else and I ended up being right. Brian walked me through everything every step of the way. He was very good at explaining options and potential consequences of all. Needless to say when it was all said and done, I opted to take my case to trail and Brian got it dismissed w/o me ever having to step foot in a courtroom. In fact, I never stepped foot in a courtroom at all after I was released from jail. I am more than pleased with the results I got from Brian and his team. And while every case is different, you can be certain Brian will work to get you the best possible outcome he can. I just have to say on a personal note that I greatly appreciate your service and diligent work to help me resolve my case. Personally I would give a 10 star ?? if I could but there were only 5 stars available. I had a 3 degree DWI felony charge before the pandemic started and had all my hopes down. From what I know is that Texas does take DWI charges very seriously from all the fatalities that it caused in our state and most likely a 3rd DWI charge will not be taken lightly from the court system. But with all the dedicated work that Mr. Ayson and his associates have provided, my 3rd degree felony charge was dropped to a class A misdemeanor!! Especially during hard times like these and all the other obstacles that we are facing I definitely would say that Ayson law firm has done a tremendous and exceptional job to help me reduce my felony charge. If anyone is seeking to resolve their DWI charge I would HIGHLY recommend giving the Ayson Law Firm a call. Brian Ayson knows and understands the constitution and dwi laws and he represents his clients under thoes beliefs at jury selection he had a very specific power point presentation that layout out the constitution and dwi law and what the state must proof against his clients he is very knowledgeable in having thoes belief and laws benefit his clients he always kept me informed of my options and gave me counsel on thoes options and was not afraid to take the case to trial "if i wished" he always gave me multiple option and was not just there to put you thru the system thank you Brian Ayson case dismissed
