Don't know all they should about caravans, workings inside ect. Be aware of this if buying a used van wired up to battery power ect.

We had wonderful, long distance, support from Craig and Tammy. The COVID lockdown prevented us from travelling to SA to look at the van. Craig walked us through the van on FaceTime and answered all our questions. We took the plunge and bought a wonderful used 2017 A'van Aspire 563. We can't speak more highly of the service. Ian

Exceptional team at Avan, very helpful and willing to listen and resolve any issues, thats why we keep going back and will continue to do so. We have had both an Avan M5 Motorhome and thereafter downsized to the cruiseliner. Both were/are exceptional dream wagons and you couldn't want for more. Can highly recommend Avan and their team. They were always very happy to help with extras like anderson plug and TV aerial fittings etc Thanks once again to the Avan staff John & Sue B.

Our experience with Avan Adelaide was not as daunting as we first anticipated. Being relatively new to caravaning we felt slightly out of our comfort zone. The staff there explained things thoroughly and made a stress free purchase for a new van and also made a fast hassle free sale for our existing van. Thanks to the team there helping us enter the caravaning scene

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My partner went to purchase a caravan at AVANS Windsor Gardens today. This was our third visit to AVANS.

Craig the salesman was compliant at the beginning of a possible purchase of which we were going to pay cash for the caravan. Once my partner and I began asking questions relevant about the caravan, Craig was unable to answer our questions. It seems as he was avoiding our direct questions as if he was not able to answer truthfully.

We persisted in asking about an Anderson plug, to which I had then phoned an auto-electrician to work out precisely how to determine what was needed before purchasing the caravan. Craig kept talking over the auto-electrician, even doubting his expertise.

Once the call ended. Craig became disinterested in dealing with us, as we still pursued trying to get a straight answer in which he ciuldnt provide and then walked away mid conversation which astounded us leaving us no choice but to drive away.

Craig phoned us within minutes, telling us why he walked away and then ssid "I am not interested". He then hung without any explanation.

I have never in my life seen such unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from any salesperson I have ever dealt with. I advise anyone purchasing a caraven to avoid AVANS .

It is unfortunate that we have received such a negative review from you. However your toxic attitude towards our staff leaves us with no other option but to terminate ongoing negotiations on the purchase of the second hand caravan with you.
