Super easy to work with sales team but the one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a service group. They play the “that’s normal behavior" when there is clearly a problem and they won’t honor anything with their paid extended warranty program. A formal compliant is forthcoming….these guys are shady.

Autowest Chrysler rocks. I went in looking for a used car since my Benz was having shifting issues. To my surprise they has a $3750 rebate on the Chrysler 200 limited that I bought! Wow what a nice car leather, bluetooth, Navigation an power for days. Love this car. Steve made it so easy in helping me out. He even stayed late and drove my other car home. Thank you. Eric made the numbers really work. Tiffany was great in finance and recommended what really me sense for me to add to my car. I even got a call back from the General Manager Jim Rentschler today. Autowest you have made me feel like a VIP!
