Ordered a trailer jack last month, said it’s going to be 20-25 business days to ship 10 days after I ordered it. Horrible customer service! Take forever to respond. I don’t know how they continue to stay in business. I found the same jack (brand and weight) at tractor supply for $5 more… ON THE SHELF!!! So kids it pays to shop around local a bit then going with this joke of a company!

I’ll be precise so maybe I’ll get a response before starting legal matters! I ordered $414.99 worth of corsa exhaust tips ( Corsa 14479 - Pro-Series Twin Dual
Polished Exhaust Tip Kit (4" OD) August 31, 2022 and still haven’t received my parts. There’s no customer service, and I keep getting an email saying they aren’t exactly for my truck. I’ve had custom exhaust ran for the tips I ordered to fit so there’s no problem there.

Do not buy from this website. I purchased tires they had listed and they emailed me telling me that tires are not available so I asked for a refund ATLEAST 4 times without a response. Called them and the automated service told me no one will answer your call please email them which I have 4 times over 3 weeks with 0 response. Might have to call my credit card company to report this

Do not buy anything from Automotive Stuff.
For everyone who was like me thinking it would be ok, it can't be that bad, etc, I'll say it again. Do not buy anything from Automotive Stuff.

This company has some of the worst customer service I have experienced. There is no way to contact anyone unless you're buying something (or at least proceed through the IVR like you are). Some of the sales people can be helpful, but it's mostly empty promises. Some of them have no idea what's going on. They cannot transfer you to any customer service people and tell you to send an email that won't be responded to. They are unable to provide tracking for orders they say are in stock. My order was drop shipped anyways after I asked them to cancel and started a payment dispute with my credit card.

Spend the extra $20-$30 and buy your product literally anywhere else.

Just as so many others have detailed in these reviews, I ordered a wiring harness for just under $700 only to be emailed the next day stating that the item wasn't in stock and had been discontinued. No effort was made to refund the purchase price until a claim was filed through PayPal. I called at about noon on a Tuesday and their automated phone service told me that their support queue was full for the day. No response to any emails until after PayPal had initiated the claim. I've never left a review on here, but this worth knowing. I'll never do business with them again. I'm just glad I had a means of recourse through PayPal or I'm not sure I'd have been refunded. It's a bogus way of doing business, whether you're shorthanded or otherwise.

Some Jack@$$ (name withheld) here cancel our order because we asked for a custom car cover. The company makes custom covers. How is this place in business? Absolutely terrible customer service!!! To bad Google doesn’t have zero star reviews!
*Edit* To the owner No Thanks I’m not contacting you or anyone else. You just need to look at the reviews your company has gotten from others too…

Order confirmed I am charged. Nothing is shipping. Receive another email today that the manufacturer is charging this company $56 more for the product I already ordered and was charged for but have no received. Um….. how does that work? I have to pay more for something I don’t have because the manufacturer is charging you more. Yeah no thanks. Cancelled my order.

Wish I could give zero stars....ordered an item & received an email later stating that they didn't have it, what did I want to do? One minute later I replied to cancel order but no answer. My credit card was charged next day & I've sent THREE emails, asking for acknowledgement. No replies, no phone answered at company & no credit issued either! I have filed a disputed charge with my credit card company. Don't deal with this very unprofessional online store!!

I was excited to buy a new set of rims. To my dismay I was informed that the rims I purchased were discontinued. I am confused on why a discontinued rim is even listed on the website for purchase, and that I was charged for it.

I immediately emailed to request canceling of my order and have not heard back from them. I plan on opening a dispute through my bank if I do not hear back from them. They do not answer phones and do not answer emails.

Save yourself the time and effort by going somewhere else. You may have to pay shipping and tax, but at least you won't being charged for a discontinued product that isn't even in their inventory.
