Apparently not hurting for business. I left a message the first time I called, but never heard back. Subsequent daily calls go unanswered. I'm guessing they screen calls and return the ones whose business they want.

I apologize that we were closed for an extended weekend (Thurs-Mon) for Labor Day when you called Thursday afternoon and were unable to return your call in your preferred time frame. We would normally love an opportunity to develop a relationship with a potential new customer. I'm sorry we were unable to assist you.

In my previous job, I had a daily commute of almost 45-50min one way (in good traffic). So my 2002 Honda Civic had, shall we say, "battle damage"?

I took my car to Autologic because my wife had previously taken her car and received good service. They went above and beyond...not only fixing the problems I'd requested, but even going so far as to fix minor cosmetic issues with the interior I hadn't even mentioned! And every repair was thoroughly explained.

In addition, one of the owners (Kayla) takes COPIOUS notes about what was done to your car and any future service requirements, so that the next time they can basically pick up where they left off. I have NEVER been to a mechanic who did that.

If you're looking for one place to take your car for ALL car care needs? Autologic is it! (and they have dogs you can pet lol...)

We've been going to Autologic for about 7 years now and have a loyalty to them like no other.

Vincent, the owner and a mechanic, has gone above and beyond to show me the issues with different parts of the vehicle that need replacing. He's showed me the actual part and shows me the reasons why it is not working, he has shown me video from his cell phone to show how the part was not functioning properly. He likes for me to understand the reasons and gain more knowledge about cars.

Kayla up front knows more about cars than 95% of men. In the 7-year relationship we have we've bought two cars and take her suggestions seriously.

I've recommended this place of business to friends and family, they now have a great loyalty to them as well.

I was looking for a fair and honest repair and inspection auto shop, here in Greensboro, NC after being with another shop for yrs. When I saw the great reviews for Autologic of Greensboro, I was very impressed. My old big name, well known auto shop, down Battleground ave, I use to go to, would change quoted prices on me while working on my car, coasting me hundreds of "surprise" unexpected cost, by the time I was ready to pay! A 50-100 dollar job always turned into 300-800 dollars, by checkout time! When I called Autologic today, and told them what I needed, they quoted me a price, and approximate wait time, and was true to their word! The lady at the desk was very knowledgeable and nice, she let me know a tune up was due, and scheduled me for next week, along with the cost. Autologic will be my new car service shop for now on, I highly recommend them to all who wants, fair, honest, and no nonsense car work/repairs. Thank you to all at the shop. :)

Autologic has been taking care of my cars for many, many years. I like to wear a car out before I get rid of it, therefore, Vince and Kayla have been keeping my old cars running for many years. They are extremely knowledgeable about virtually every type of vehicle and they are honest business people. When they run into something that was not as serious as they first thought, they let me know and then only charge me for what was needed, when they could have taken me for a proverbial ride! You will be please with the work that is done to any car that you bring to them, from your old comfortable junker to your sporty European car.
