Auto Glass Medix

I have called 3 times and left a message in the past 24 hours and told each time that someone would call back. They have great reviews, claim they respond in an hour. Very disappointed.

Im sorry im out of town im not able to take phone calls where i am at. They lady helping me out sent me a message about your vehicle which i was going to call back once i had service. Again i am truly sorry. I will be back in next week wednesday

Discussed what I needed, got a quote, and was told the tech will call me the same day. Never received a call from the tech or anyone else.

Im sorry you felt that way, im sure it was just a miscommunication. We strive to get every job done on time. We call and text every customer before we come out. We dont normally schedule appointments same day so that might have been the error, we schedule everything next day or later. If you would call the office to find out whats going on we could have figured out the issue. 480-470-1818

Broke portion of the rearview mounting brackets upon removal, and waited over 6 months for replacement. They then quit communicating, and did nothing to right the situation.

Excellent customer service. Included working with my insurance company, arriving at my location at the scheduled time and competently repairing my windshield. Greatly appreciated.

If you're reading this right now it's because you're looking to see if this company is any good and whether or not you should use them well I'm here to tell you your search is over Don't go any further I just went through the process and then I found these guys and everything they told me they would do and when they would do it was on target unlike the others Do yourself a favor quit looking and call them

My mother has used their company numerous times over the years I have recently gotten my new windshield through them, the Glass professional was a very professional individual that did an amazing job I am very happy with this company and I will be using them in the future when services are needed.
