LEAVE REVIEW FOR BUSINESS-
JuniusI was having one of my two cars inspected at Auto Clinic. My fiancé had been there before another time for something else. The car that was in need of an inspection had the "check engine" light on before arriving at this fine establishment. I was assuming it would not be inspected & my fiancé would allow me to handle it. They inspected it anyway & wanted their money. When I escorted my fiancé there the next day & inquired about the "check engine" light, I was directed to Jonathan the tech. Jonathan insisted that the "sate" rules had been followed to the letter. I asked him about good customer service & how that would factor into proper courtesy practice of informing the customer of anything that might fail their car before beginning the inspection. Jonathan said "If the tech wants to they can, but they are not required by that state...So I did not feel I had to." I was then informed by Jonathan that he had work to do & if I was done with him he going back to work on a car. Jonathan never left to work on that car that was so important. After speaking with Jonathan & later Melvin the owner it was clear that Auto Clinic was clearly not interested in repeat business. The owner Melvin also screwed us on his so called AC service. After our discussion we departed the premisses of this so called business & went to Speed Dee on the corner of Rufe Snow & Mid Cities.
