For almost two years, we've enjoyed working with the Autism Response Team and our therapists. Our lives have been made so much easier because of their help. Our one-on-one ABA therapists are so committed and skilled at what they do that our son, who had a limited vocabulary when we first started, now talks in full phrases, reads, asks questions, and has simple conversations.

Overall, his behavior at home and at school has improved dramatically, and he will now be going to normal Ed at his school. We are grateful to have Autism Response Team in our lives; we've never had an issue communicating with our therapists, who are always available by phone or text, and the insurance payment procedure has always been simple. Consider giving this agency a try if your pediatrician has advised ABA for your child; you won't be disappointed.

The Autism Response Team at the Frisco office delivers excellent clinical care (autism services).

We've been using autism/ABA services for over eight years, with the last three years spent with ART, and we can confidently say that they're the greatest we've ever encountered. The clinical team's expertise and dedication are unrivaled. They continue to make a substantial change in my daughter's life.

My son is a student at ART, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my time there. Meetings with my son's behavior therapist on a regular basis have been a huge help to me. Now I know how to communicate and play with my son. My son has come a long way in that area. He couldn't listen when he initially started ABA therapy and wanted to do anything he wanted. When I said his name, he didn't always look at me, and he didn't play with me very often. When I drop him off for his treatment in the mornings, he enjoys learning and listening. I can't express my gratitude enough.

I wanted to believe that this company was as great as I had been told but they have not lived
up to their big claims.

Pros: The behavior techs are wonderful, but unless they are coming from another company, they are poorly trained.

Both center and home therapy are offered.

Cons: Company policies seem to be nonexistent. CPR training is not required and safety measures are inadequate to protect both clients and staff.

Big claims and promises are made without much truth behind them.

Focus is on growth, recognition and self-promotion and not on employee and client satisfaction.

Families and employees have little voice in scheduling or who they work with. The turnover rate is alarming.

Pressure on families is high. Delivery by company is low. Supervisions are frequently done virtually out of convenience instead of necessity.

My school district recommended this company with little to no regard to how much honesty was behind the hype.Yet the company leadership openly criticizes services provided by my child's school and suggests I pull my child out of school to "maximize" benefits there. This is dishonest and gives me great pause.
