Austin's Pro Max

Ripped me off Took my Ford truck in get a battery draw problem told them the radio wasn't working they had it for a day and a half said I need a new alternator alternator will be $1,300 plus another $700 for supposedly working on it for a day and a half reluctantly I paid it took it home guess what battery's dead took it back they kept it for another 2 days to double check battery going dead then told me don't know what's wrong with it I told him I'll take the truck to Ford dealership and I'll let you know what they say Promax guy said okay told the dealership radio does not work they did a draw test 417 amps when it's off took the radio fuse out down to 14 amps which they said is perfect he told me from Promax they gave me a call see what we can do about the $2,000 I gave him for nothing for a simple draw test 11 days later nothing so I'm writing this review and going to notify everyone and I hope the owner reads this

I want to start out by saying the people there are nice. Other than that dont go here. I had my car brought in for an exhaust. 2 resonators being deleted and piping ran through. I caved in and thought with the price it better be good. They charged $460 and thats with no cool tip. just the piping. This then took more than two hours to do. When done I had a weird feeling and decided to jack the car up to see what it all looked like. Come to my discovery the piping was completely cracked in multiple areas. So they saw that the piping was cracked and still installed in onto the car. Given they said they would fix it but I honestly am not taking it back. I dont want them touching my car again. Over paid, takes forever than it should, and they would actually give you the car back when a cracked exhaust can be dangerous depending on location of the crack.

Experiencing a multiple misfire and intermittent misfire on my car I was able to take my car in the very next day and get a quote to fix the vehicle. They were able to pinpoint the issue right away. The turnaround time was amazing and the people at Austin promax did the job in a quick efficient manner.
I even asked them about the brakes on my vehicle. Instead of trying to upsell or sell me a brake service that I didn't need they turned around and told me the brakes were not needed and my brakes were fine.
Honesty and integrity.

In this new world order where we're supposed to lower our expectations it's nice that the guys that Austin promax met and then exceeded them.

Too much to expkain here. I would never use these guys again. I paid these guys hundreds of dollars for parts I could have bought from Amazon or Ebay for less than one hundred dollars had I had more knowledge. They authorized themselves to work on parts i didnt ask to be worked on. Let's just say they saw me coming and bemt me over. I now advise everyone I know to avoid this shop. They are not trustworthy.

Everybody there was absolutely great had no issues they took care of my exhaust and did a great great job couldn't ask for a better job done I appreciate them promax is the place to go

Took our car in to get a second opinion on a brake job. They came in under the original quote, and helped out with another issue too.

Installation of catalytic converter shield. Very professionally done. At a great price. A great place to get any automotive specialty work done the right way. Highly recommended.

Will go back ,and recommend others if you need quality specialty services!
