Darian was incredibly helpful by giving us space to find our perfect couch then guiding us through the options. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Review is for our experience in October 2021 for a leather couch. I am a first time home owner also first time couch shopper. I have been taking my time shopping online and in store but cannot find anything I like or in stock. My coworker recommended Austin Couch Potato so my husband and I came for a stroll without much expectations. Richard was a great staff at receiving us, he was non pressuring but made a great emotional connection. We enjoyed talking to him and decided to consider a L shaped ladybird couch. It was modern and good looking but a bit over our budget. Richard mentioned they have exactly 1 in stock in warehouse so we picked up the material and went home to seriously think about it. Later on Richard made follow ups like all good sales people would. He also made sure we hurry up so the stock isn't taken by others (furniture was going super fast in October not sure why , might be global supply chain issue). We decided to take it but Richard was not working on the day we were going but he and I worked on the price over messaging and reached an agreement then he made an effort to come in just of us. I do have to mention that I got some bites on my body while shopping there, not sure if it's allergy (I'm very sensitive due to pregnancy) or mosquitoes/bugs. I thought about if the couch would be safe n mentioned my skin concern to Richard. He guaranteed there's no bugs to be concerned. I trusted him. Now I am one month into using my couch and we really love it (and our guests too). No issues with the couch. I think it's a successful shopping experience!!

Absolutely fantastic service. Very friendly workers, helped us find a great recliner for our nursery and got us a great discount too! We definitely plan on going back here for future furniture purchases!

This is the place to go to for furniture. Love the fabric options, comfort, and warranty. These guys take care of people.

2 years later follow up. Warranty saved us. Warranties aren't always worth it. But this one is! Our couches sleeper hid a bed broke. Warranty process was painless. Just some documenting, a couple pictures and they came right out. Fixed or replace is the words they live by. Still very happy with the service and the couches.

Hey Mark, thanks for taking the time out of this crazy world to give us a review. We pride ourselves with our accident policy with taking care of our loyal couch potatoes. I've never used my warranty with my phone, but it makes me more comfortable with life knowing it's there. Have a great day and thanks again.

I have to say that I was very disappointed by my visit to this store. Even with the "huge 30% off" sale that was going on while I was there, the prices were still outrageous for what you get. I was also unhappy with their lack of customization options, since they build their own furniture to order. While you are able to select the color fabric of your choice, they will not put storage into a couch/chaise, nor will they put in a sleeper bed. Two stars because the staff was friendly and helpful but I won't be returning.

Thanks for taking the time to let us know about your store shopping experience with us. When you shop for custom furniture there is always going to be limitations with what any company can do. While some companies can do it all, you will also be paying a premium price for those options and our loyal couch potatoes haven't let us know that something that they want. While some of our collections do offer a sleeper option sometimes we just can't do it all. Thanks again for giving us a try and good luck on your quest to find that perfect sofa.
