Porque quiero que me digan si vale esta moneda que me encontre

I ordered almost a month ago. They have missed my order three times and had to swap out for something else twice because they couldn't deliver what they promised. Today was the final deadline to ship my order and they just told me that they didn't have everything for the order after ensuring me Thurdsay last week that they did. They lied.

No follow through on promises and I was given multiple excuses with conflicting info from two individuals. I recommend going elsewhere with your business. Dont spend your money at this business. They talk a big game but are far from able to deliver.

UPDATE: The items I ordered were not what I was originally seeking. I was talked into them by your rep. If you could not deliver those items them you should not have guided me that direction. Your response to my original review is misleading at best.

Patrick, Thank you for taking the time to write this. The past few months have been difficult for us and other dealers to get certain items due to overwhelming demand and short supplies from mints and refineries. While we have been able to get certain items quickly, others, like the ones you were after, have been taking longer to receive and ship. We have taken and delivered hundreds of orders the past few months, but what you ordered was problematic. We apologize for any inconvenience the delay may have caused and we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to write a review.

I actually live up near Seattle but started shopping around because my go-to place for precious metals decided to start gouging their prices because the demand shot through the roof (and I don't mean slightly increased prices, I mean charging double what they were normally). But I digress...

I wanted a roll of American Eagle silver dollars but wanted to pay a fair price. I purchased a roll on the Austin Rare Coins website and experienced some issues (operator error I am sure). I received a call the day after I ordered from one of their staff that assured me 1) my order did process and 2) here is the realistic time frame to receive your order and if I would like to proceed. Their prediction for my order to arrive was indeed fairly accurate and they got me a fair price.

I appreciate that they followed through, were transparent, communicative and didn't try to take advantage of a surging market.

I'm just a small silver investor, I found unique silver rounds and had to have a few. Even though I only placed a small order they treated me like I was a big time investor. Great customer service, emailed and even called to follow up on my order. They came in the mail today, beautiful rounds, well packaged. Definitely one of the keepers for on line purchases.
