Avoid using this business! Sadly, I trusted Austin Furniture Repair to repair a simple table leg and they completely ruined the piece! Moreover, they used glue making it impossible to reverse. The table was in my adult daughter’s childhood bedroom and very sentimental. I was not home when they delivered the piece and was devastated when I discovered their mistake. I texted/called/sent photos via their website with my plea for a response. I also told them I would write a very negative review if I did not hear from them… that was 5 days ago. I have never written a negative review before but wanted to warn others against having the same experience.

We've used Austin Furniture Repair twice in the last 7 or 8 years. Each time they exceed our expectations. Today, they repaired a love seat recliner replacing a broken spring and a wooden brace. Excellent work and it is as good as new. We will use them again.

Fixed my couch and made it stronger than it was before!

Guillermo repaired and refinished two pieces for us. One was a sofa table with a dark shiny lacquer finish. The other was a dining room table with 2 extra leaves that was scratched and marred. This was a lighter more satin finish. Both were done perfectly and promptly. This is our new go-to business for this kind of work.

Amazing! They took a beat up antique bar and turned it into a work of art. Communication was good, price was reasonable, they were quick, and even picked up and returned the piece. I highly recommend them for your furniture repair!

These guys saved my chair! I have an upholstered dining room chair that broke a leg when it fell to the floor in our storage unit( not telling who dropped it!). We thought it was a goner- but Austin’s furniture repair fixed it right up and for an excellent price! They even put the upholstery back together. I will definitely use their fine services again!

Really disappointed, received a quote and wanted to move forward but Ivana stopped replying to all phone calls and emails. Kept promising a scheduling email but never sent it.
