Every time I interact with anyone at the dealership I am treated with the Mercedes Benz experience that one would expect. In fact, I believe MB of the LV goes even higher than what would one expect.

I would specifically call out Beth Wescott, Ray Alverado, and Paul Goodwin.

I had a small issue that was immediately taken care of without any hesitation. Beth was amazing with her follow up and attention to detail. Ray provided the necessary paperwork in an extremely timely manner and Paul was fantastic at orchestrating all the moving pieces in the background.

I purchased a 2020 certified Mercedes CLA in June of 2024. I was advised and assured by David Cooke (my sales rep) all parts were thoroughly tested would not need replacement for quite some time. At the end of October I got an alert on my dashboard with a code that indicated my battery needed to be replaced. I contacted the service department and spoke with a Service Manager who stated my battery wasn’t covered under the warranty but because I only had the vehicle for about 4 months at that point he would have the battery replacement covered as a courtesy. I had the battery replaced at their sister store in Wilmington, DE which he stated was fine to do I just needed to provide proof of payment/ service sheet once the service was completed. Unfortunately I missed placed the email address the service manager provided me to send the completed service sheet so I called back and I left a message with a rep. I received a call a week or so later from a woman who stated she was calling to get more details on the reimbursement promised and would reach back out shortly, which she never did. I called again about a week after that and was told no one was available and to leave a message again. We are now in March and no one has yet to follow up or provide the reimbursement that was promised. My last attempt was emailing the GM Paul Goodwin with the proof of payment attached, and he has yet to follow up either so now the matter has now been escalated to the BBB.
