I'm really enjoying my Audi and shopping with this location was the best decision ever. I started browsing online but it was hard to get quick follow up and straightforward answers from other dealerships.

Mark Kim at Audi Gwinnett made the process so seamless and easy. As a mom and business owner, I just didn't have a lot of time to go back and forth to a dealership. Mark was flexible with communicating via text and phone so that was a big plus for me. I told him what I was looking for, he came back with several options, and I went in for a test drive.

I was also pleasantly surprised that my car was shipped within a couple days when several other dealerships told me they wouldn't have the 2022 model in stock until January!

Patrick in the service department is very helpful and professional. The guys in service are efficient and always do a great job taking care of my vehicle without me having to wait too long. The waiting room is comfortable with snacks and drinks while you wait and everyone is friendly.

Put in custom order and they kept me updated all through the build and shipping process. Signing the paperwork the day of pickup went very smoothly. It was an excellent experience from ordering to driving off the lot. If your in the market for an Audi I really recommended Augi Gwinnett
