Friendly, efficient, not pushy. I found the car I wanted online and submitted a trade appraisal. Shortly after I was contacted within the hour to schedule an appointment to test drive the car. I met with Guy on a Sunday around 3:00 and was able to take the car for a quick test drive. I was happy that they had already taken the opportunity to have the car washed and pulled out to the side prior to the test drive. The car was great and I was able to complete the deal within three hours. I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle here from the sales process, financing to signing the paperwork. I will def look to purchase future vehicles from here. The team is great!

I was searching for a very specific model at a very specific price range, and had ongoing conversations with multiple dealerships, both local to SoCal and across the country. Out of all the dealerships we worked with, Audi Escondido was by far the best experience. Jaron was super responsive, informative, and friendly. They also got us the best rate and with the quickest turnaround time, and the car was ready and prepped for us by the time we finally drove nearly 1.5 hrs to see it. The paperwork process was seamless and quick, and driving off with my TTS was a dream come true.

Not only that, but I've been trying to coordinate with dealerships closer to me for parts (a sunshade, amongst other things) and Audi Escondido's parts department STILL got back to me with the fastest turnaround time, despite being the farthest.

I may have to cave and make the drive whenever I need service because they've far overshadowed other dealerships closer to me. Highly, highly recommend the dealership, but especially Jaron!

No one ever gets as good of a deal as they desire because nice stuff costs money and dealers have to make money. The most one can hope for is to be treated with respect and fairly. Ask for Jaron if you need an Audi. You'll be glad you did.

Hard to believe that there is still a service option that is super friendly, super competent, and still loves the customer before all else. This is the first time I have rated a car service center, I almost always delete every request for a rating, but not for these guys. Go Audi Escondido.

We have purchased several Audi's over the years all across the country and Audi Escondido has been a pleasure throughout. Tony in service is the best! There is another dealership closer to our home but we prefer to drive a little farther for a better experience.
