Kathleen DiClementi, the Service Manager, bent over backwards to help source and secure a new alternator for my A4 after it died while I was hundreds of miles from home and happened to be near this service center. She and her parts manager were able to find a compatible part and were able to squeeze my car in before they closed on a somewhat busy Saturday after showing up unannounced. They were able to make the repair the same day and send me on my way, without issue. I'm here for my first 10,000 miles of maintenance, and the receptionist in the maintenance department gives him five stars for his service. But the guy who did my car maintenance, the quality of service you can see in the photo, the dirt on the oil, and the mark on the oil filter, obviously the guy didn't use a torque wrench, so he made a mark on the oil filter. There were white specks of paint scattered around the engine. And a snap that apparently broke in the process of dismantling! For all these I feel very disappointed, for their not professional enough I am very disappointed!ReportRe: I'm here for my first 10, ...
