The service desk workers... Rotten attitude.

I couldn't even make an eye appointment because the reception it's just so rude. They need to get someone with good customer service I don't even feel like going there even if it's so close to me I'd rather make the drive and go to worst patients are treated better. The lady who answered the phone sounded annoyed

Brought my mom in to see the eye specialist.. all the girls were so nice and the doctor was so professional to us as well as to his assistants!. Great experience. Definitely recommend!!

I been taking my mom to multiple locations for quite a while now. The customer service is always good. The Anaheim location is exceptionally great when it comes to helping my mom by making her feel good and welcome. I definitely recommend the Anaheim location.

Only the lady at the frontdesk was helpful. The girl who administered the test was sarcastic and it felt that she didn't like to work that morning. The doctor looks to be in a hurry even though I was his first patient for the and didnt like to answer my questions - made me felt stupid for even asking. "You should be better than that." I remember him saying.

Good front office service

Dr Teshima and his staff were very polite and professional that I felt very comfortable to be consulted by him.

Was seen by Dr. Brookman and he was awesome! Really took his time to listen to my concerns and made me feel at ease when explaining treatment his assistant Kris was also vey helpful!

Very bad I did my exam's glasses 6 month ago and they did'not resived them

I have been going to Atlantis for almost 20 years. Always a very through eye exam.
