Barry Jones is an outstanding sales associate. On a Saturday afternoon when the University of Georgia football team was playing football, Barry was available for the beginning of an outstanding sales process. He is very knowledgeable and is a man of his word. He and I came to terms on a beautiful black BMW X5. Thanks to Barry and the outstanding Bmw experience in Athens, the woman in my life is extremely happy right now. I would absolutely buy any car that I purchase in Georgia from these guys. AS I HAVE STATED BEFORE... THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS!!

One gets the very distinct impression that the ownership, management, and staff of this operation is genuinely vested in complying with the best interest of their customers. The buying experience was again great from initiation through delivery.

My compliments to General Sales Manager Willie James whose professionalism led us to drive the almost 100 miles from our home to do business at Athens BMW... once again. This was our fourth purchase in less than three years. In addition we have sent them customers ... from as far away as Miami, Florida.

The way that Willie and the rest of the team does business is steeped in the essentials of the creation and maintenance of client loyalty.

Client Advisor Barry Jones stands out among those in his craft. He presents himself in a "no pressure" kind of way that allows clients to focus on the real reason they came... and he did a thorough job at preparing and presenting paperwork for this deal.

Christina Bouknecht... and now Paul the Finance Director has the most wonderful affect... the process with them was sooo smooth. Paul was was seamless in the execution of his tasks.

Raymond, who detailed our car for delivery, is the ultimate professional... he did an exemplary job. We will definitely be recommending this dealership in the future, and look forward to doing business here as long as this tradition of excellence continues.
