Asymmetric Applications Group

My business has worked with Asymmetric and their former SEO division for many years. This year we're overhauling my website. Mark had great vision for what it could do, and Jack and Melissa meet with me weekly to go over the progress and ensure everything is perfect for the launch. I'm really enjoying working with the team!

Our company signed into a contract with Asymmetric to complete implementation of software within 45 days. We are well over 120 days, and when brought to the attention of the President of the company, he firmly pointed blame at our staff.

We have documentation of emails requesting assistance of his employees, with no response. The employee he had working on our project left Asymmetric after working with us for three months. We explained our frustrations and request to recoup some of the fees we'd pay upfront, only to be told it would not happen.

I highly recommend finding a company with better customer service, one that will listen to customer's requests and not put them off for weeks on end. Although, many times employees attitudes and tendencies mirror that of their leader.

We are certainly sorry that you are unhappy with the service that we provided to Hermle. As you know, we offered to finish up the project, but you chose not to continue. We had difficulty managing this project because your team was frequently unavailable. Your request for a refund for work that was already completed was unfair and unreasonable. We completed a large amount of work for you and this work was paid for. While we value all of our clients, we only wish to work with companies that are respectful, fair, and reasonable.
