My company has used Ascendant for IT services for over 7 years. We have used other managed service providers and nobody has been as quick to respond to service requests as Ascendant.

I have been using Ascendant Technologies in Somerset, NJ for my small business for the past three years and would very highly recommend them to anyone needing IT services. They have always provided me with prompt, professional, thorough and courteous service at a reasonable price. Every member of their team is knowledgeable, helpful, kind and considerate to me even when I am panicked over a particular issue. They have never failed me. They are the best IT company that I have had in the 26 years I have had my business and I will continue to use them for as long as I am in business.

We've partnered with Ascendant Technologies, Inc. for over 15 years. These guys are experts with enterprise networking, server support and firewall installations (especially with VoIP). We've also used their IT help desk extensively. Their staff is always professional and always available. Highly recommended!

We have used Ascendant for our business for many years and have been most satisfied. They provide administration and monitoring of our entire network, have added/replaced workstations and are always available whenever we've had questions or concerns. They are a pleasure to work with.

This is a great company with outstanding staff. We have been with this company for over 17 years. Their support for our healthcare company deserves more than 5 stars if google has it. Ascendant Technologies Inc. has continuously provided outstanding services 24/7, even on weekends when our system went down. You do not want to allow a company that gives you sleepless nights but when you are in the hands of Ascendant Technologies not only all my worries are gone, I always get good news on how they have resolve my issues flawlessly. I strongly recommend this Ascendant Technologies to any company from any industries. We have been in the healthcare industries for over 20 years and have seen many fly by night tech companies that collects money and do not provide any services as promised. It's hands down the best tech company in the Northeast region.
