Whew I dodged a huge bullet I was interested in a vehicle and Lauren gave me one price when ask for a warranty as I'm aware the vehicle comes with a factory warranty I requested additional coverage once it expires. She came back with an additional $ 10 000. I was like are you smoking I can by a new car or certified pre-owned. Then she had the audacity to offending me asking if it was the price... If only she knew I have that in my bank account cash. That was her dumb mistake!!! She then continuing to push vehicles I did not ask to see if I couldn't afford it I would be at Hyundai so that was her loss I have a Camaro in the garage I was looking to add to mines I will take my business where I am appreciated. Looking at these reviews I am so grateful.

Hello, I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Larry Miller Jeep - Denver, on December 20, 2023.

I was registering the car in Ohio and made the mistake of including the tax in the payment. When I received the check from the dealer for it was made out to the Ohio Dept of Public Safety Motor Vehicle Division. THIS IS INCORRECT FOR THE STATE OF OHIO.

I personally paid the tax twice. I have spoke to Judd at the dealership multiple times. And spoke to Chris the GM several times. Both assure me that they will overnight a check the next day. I have yet to receive the check or any follow up.

My lawyer has advised me that I should file a complaint with the Secretary of the State of Colorado and call the local Investigative News. This seems like a pain. I would like it if you can help me get my tax check back from Larry Miller Jeep. for $3608.43

Please help!

I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Coggin Honda of St. Augustine on 1/324 My husband and I bought an Acura from there a little over a month ago and handed down our BMW to our daughter in college. She was home one weekend and the serpentine belt broke. We needed it fixed quickly and called Coggin to see if they could work on a BMW. They stated yes and we had the repair done. Everything was fine. A few weeks later we purchased 4 tires and a battery and asked them to check for an oil leak. We had noticed oil on the ground as well as warnings that oil was low. They stated there wasn’t a leak. 2 weeks later we discovered a significant oil leak, Being happy to have a local dealership to take it to we took it back to Coggin. They did a diagnosis and started the valve cover gaskets needed to be replaced. We ok’d the repair and they completed the work. We were going out of town for the weekend. Immediately upon leaving our daughter called and stated the car was shaking violently. She took it back and a Coggin started a coil has gone bad. How that happened while the car was in for repair is unclear. There was no problem with the coil upon arrival. I thought this was unusual but paid them another $85 along with the $1450 for the gasket. We left for our trip and got a call 2 days later that her car was leaking the same amount of oil as before. We had it towed to a local repair shop where they diagnosed the leak was coming from the oil pan and plug. As well as the coil was never replaced. I called Coggin to express my displeasure with paying over $1500 to “fix” our car only to have to take it somewhere else to actually fix it. Julie Martin the service manager who I spoke to did not offer any solution other than bringing it back in and they could look at it again. I stated that I no longer trusted them to service the car since they had diagnosed this wrong. She stated they diagnose from the top down with a leak and there was pooling oil around the valve cover. Obviously, they might have diagnosed at the top but never went any further down. I feel like they just rushed the service and did not do a proper job. They did d not offer any concession or even an apology for our inconvenience. I have bought 4 cars from this location and had them all serviced there. I have also sent many people to buy cars from this dealership. I have also sent a lot of people to the service department for repairs and tires. This has been an outrage and I plan to let anyone I know what lousy service they provide to a longtime loyal customer.
I have also left a message with the general manager and have not received a call back.
This photo is after Coggin “fixed” the oil leak.

Had a bad experience with your dealership Hare Chevrolet Noblesville, IN. I drove 2 hrs to be denied to purchase a car. They are not in the business of selling cars as they have customers on their lot and just leave them to wander around aimlessly with no interaction as 4 salesman stand under the canopy on their phones oblivious to whom is on their lot. Was on the lot for over 15 minutes and having to call inside and ask for some assistance, even after a few salesman watched me drive on the lot looking at cars and even got out and looked stood by the car I wanted to purchase and still nothing, until I made the phone call them someone comes over. After speaking with the gentleman and driving the car and telling him what my intentions were as far as financing he proceeded to tell me that I needed to finance because they make money off of the deal and that the manager would not accept my offer if this is what the car buying experience has been reduced to, I don't want to buy a car especially from anywhere owned by the Asbury Group,. I wanted to purchase a car today and they didn't want my money or was it something else..... Asbury Automotive Group inwish I had read all the reviews and saved myself the hassel and the trip for nothing, and be lied to by salesman. Said they had all this money invested in the car only to see the service receipt. You can't tell the truth why buy a car from liars? DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP/Asbury Automotive Group at any cost!!!!!

This review comes from a very upset state, as a former Asbury employee i’ve worked alongside some great individuals and some not so great individuals, but what troubles me the most is when the company decided to separate ties, it was done in the worst manner and professionalism possible. The general manager didn’t say a word as he listened and the General sales manager had the audacity to ask me where I was going as if I was the one leaving the company. He also continued to talk about me let alone bring my father into conversation to current Asbury employees it is not ok that they are able to commit defamation with no punishment, especially in our line of work where your name and your reputation are the only way you are able to continue to do what you do and provide the means to take care of a family. After separating from Asbury due to termination, they have 48 hours to pay me what I am owed part of my pay plan is commission.l, the other half is a salary that is taken out of my commissions. I have been in the business long enough to understand the importance of finalizing a month to calculate gross, profits and losses, but my salary has no effect on the finalized number of the net income of the dealership so why it has been over two weeks, and I still have not received any sort of severance is beyond me, and quite frankly unacceptable. There is absolutely no way for me to see what I should be owed as far as commissions go only speculate based off of a Google docs sheet that was provided to me by the GM. The amount of frustration is shocking. The fact that a publicly traded company can conduct business in this manner should worry everyone, let alone considering getting a job with this company to say the least when the company bought the Larry H Miller group of dealerships , the communication has been poor since day one and they have completely ignored their employees, frustrations and hardships. They’ve made some of the best individuals I’ve ever met in this business, lose morale and give up the traits that made them themselves over 20 years of being in the business, it saddens me to have to take it to this point, but after not receiving what I am owed in a timely manner, leaves me no choice I have talked with the head of HR for my region multiple times, and he has assured me people make mistakes at this point. The only mistake I have noticed was the mistake to sell the dealerships to the Asbury automotive group, with all this being said, I would highly highly recommend not to do business, nor should you ever be an employee of the Asbury automotive group

I have a F-150 at David McDavid that has been there over a month with nothing being done. Neither the Service Manager Bryan Fabia nor the General Manager Ali Benli have helped in getting this repaired or motivating the Service Advisor Cesar to stay informed as to any delays and make an effort to decrease those delays. I caught the service advisor lying and have no trust with anyone at this dealership. It seems that either Asbury's Management is not aware of the lack of leadership and management or doesn't care. UPDATE: It's now been two months and David Mcdavid's technician diagnosis that the head was bad was incorrect. The Ford Protect Inspector saw no problem with the head, an independent machine shop tested the head and found no issues. Now I'm waiting for someone at David McDavid to respond with a solution and get my truck repaired and returned. So far calls to service and to Ali Benli have not been returned.

Plaza Motors St Louis is the best! Rickey and Daniel exceeded excellent customer satisfaction. They came out on a Sunday to give me my G-Wagon. They even put my plates on it.
