4:29 pm: 1/9/2025- Received a call from someone at courtesy. Can’t remember name but he listen to what I to say.
I received a called from Adil Zidouhia (finance director) and it was the worst call. He would not let me get two words in. I could not even finish a sentence before he interrupted me. HE KEPT SAYING THAT THEY CAN DO THE CONTRACT FOR 60 months but I still have not got my answer on why it was submitted for 72 months??!! . . all I can say it MAKE SURE TO READ ALL YOUR PAPERWORK BEFORE SIGNING IT BECAUSE THEY WILL SUBMIT CONTRACT TO BENEFIT THEM. this is just causing too much stress for me and I will find another way to get my answer.

UPDATE:
1/09/2025- I have still not heard from ANYONE from the dealership. I will have to handle this situation in other ways. So unprofessional. They are quick to reply to the reviews but don’t have the respect to pick up the phone to call. Mind you I have left 2 voicemail to receive a call back.

Review
I tried to hold off and not do the review seeing if we were able to fix the situation, but I still have not gotten a call from anyone at courtesy Toyota of Brandon.

I brought a brand new car on December 13, 2024. I was able to trade in my car and get a good amount on the trade in. Everything was smooth from the beginning to the end. I get a call multiple calls on 12/29/2024 from Jose Gonzalez that I was needing to come in because the finance company was not accepting my deal and I will have to drop some of the add-ons so the finance company was able to accept it. While on the phone with Jose, I found out that my terms were 72 months. I was in shock because the paper that they present to you only shows up to 60 months so I’m still wondering how this loan was processed for 72 months and And that was not an option on a piece of paper. Per Jose that was an option and that’s how the loan was originally submitted. I really couldn’t say too much because I could not find the paper that they showed me with the terms. I also found out that my sales person Paul Beeman had told me that I was unable to opt out of the TINTS and the FLOOR MATS because it Was already included in the price. Just to find out that that was actually a LIE And that I was able to opt out of it. This information was confirmed by Jose.. Luckily, my appointment was not till January 3 so I was able to take that $500 off the price and get someone else to do it but I still had it paid $312 for floor mats that I could’ve gotten somewhere else.. very disappointed.
On 12/30/2024 I was looking through my text and I actually found a piece of paper that was presented to me and I have text that information to Jose. He replied by saying “Understood, like I said yesterday I can do it at 60 but the payments will increase as well as Toyota not being able to approve it at such a higher payment with GAP included.” I was not given an option nor was I told that it was submitted for 72 months this whole time. I thought it was the 60 months if it wasn’t because the company rejected it I would’ve just been paying my bills thinking it was gonna end in 60 months.. I’m still waiting for the manager to give me a call because I’m needing someone to explain to me how what’s the loan submitted for 72 months if that was never an option.. I was also told that if I changed to 60 months, my payments will now be $750 for my monthly payment plus my gap insurance. Per the paper, my monthly payment will be $683 with $1000 down payment so that will make my gap insurance $67 a month adding to the $750 monthly payment. This will make my gap insurance $4020.00. I need some explanation as Jose in finance was not able to explain that to me.

I write to you today as a proud owner of a 2015 Lexus RX450h, which was purchased brand new at your 2750 Cobb Pkwy Nalley location.

Mere words can't describe the excellent service I've received from your Service and Part's Department's over the year's.
At this time, I'd like to make you aware, and personally give special credit to your Parts Retail Specialist Cedric Releford.

Everytime I either call, or arrive in person, Cedric has always been top notch in his dealings with me.

Top Notch !

Cedric has always been concise, courteous, professional and very efficient in every transaction I've ever had with him.

I can't thank him enough for the way he represent's himself, the Dealership and the overall Lexus Brand, so I hope this review will suffice!

Thank you, and Happy Holiday's to you and yours.

Completely changed the pay scale for their acquired dealerships; now service advisors and technicians make a fraction of what they used to. You want people to work 60+ hours a week for you for $1700 paycheck? Ridiculous. You should be ashamed of the way you're treating the dealerships you purchase. It's all about money. Gotta start by hurtig the little guys of course. Despicable.

I worked in sales for the ASBURY group and was let go because of finance mistake. 24 years and that’s what happens. I am still owed money for deals I sold. I’m told I need customers full name. I can’t remember the last name, only the 1st. I even know the date of sale and the car. They say they can’t fine in system without information. It’s bad enough they kept my vacation. Now this!! They need to make it right.

Whew I dodged a huge bullet I was interested in a vehicle and Lauren gave me one price when ask for a warranty as I'm aware the vehicle comes with a factory warranty I requested additional coverage once it expires. She came back with an additional $ 10 000. I was like are you smoking I can by a new car or certified pre-owned. Then she had the audacity to offending me asking if it was the price... If only she knew I have that in my bank account cash. That was her dumb mistake!!! She then continuing to push vehicles I did not ask to see if I couldn't afford it I would be at Hyundai so that was her loss I have a Camaro in the garage I was looking to add to mines I will take my business where I am appreciated. Looking at these reviews I am so grateful.
