Very nice apartment homes -
Like how they have pet station in elevator to help property stay clean of pets,
Do recommend to have signs for residents to be Courteous and clean up after your pets mess to help keep property clean

Pool and fitness room is awsome I am Glad to call this place my home

Maintenance and front office do an amazing job at keep up with daily clean up

Another day, Another homeless man knocking on my door…. And if not knocking on my door we hear people up the rooftop at 2-3AM. I definitely don't feel safe in this apartment!

Hello Joyce, we would love to hear more about your experience here at Artisan Apartment Homes. To our knowledge we have had no report of homeless on the roof tops. We will be reaching out to our courtesy patrol to make them aware. We are here to help you with any situation and would love for you to reach out to our team when challenges like this come up. Never hesitate to contact our Signature Protections or the Corona Police Department as we participate in the neighbor hood watch program.

Mel and Alyssa were awesome to work with when getting started but that was it. Management is horrible to deal with! Homeless and dumpster divers everywhere, no security and parking patrol people that unleash tow truck nazis at night to hunt on residents to tow. The units are nice and updated but so Is best western. Had my truck towed and cost me $300 and I live here. Go across the street! Newer , nicer and no tow trucks .

Mel, Alyssa and all the ladies in the office are beyond helpful, informative and made us feel right at home. The maintenance team is quick, responsive and friendly. There is VIP trash pickup, which is a first for us and we love it. Not to mention all the amenities here are great and exceed all expectations. Especially the gym, which is not your average apartment style gym and I'm sure you will love. I would like to thank the whole team here for their hard work and dedication.

The Artisan Office staff is fabulous. Alyssa Z made my move the smoothest transition ever! Prime location and such a clean community. I love it here!

We just renewed our lease again, my fiancé and I, just would like to express our experiences here with the Artisan at Main Street Metro apartment homes in Corona, Ca., We move here back around Sept. 2018. These are some great apartment homes in a great area. They are maybe 8 to 10 years old now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is amazing, Hector the maintenance manager is very professional and is quick to respond to all our issues. We have loved our time here and will always recommend these apartment homes to others, it has been a great place to call our "home". The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The gym room are open 7 days weeks and are rarely crowded and the pool/BBQ areas is lovely, we also love the convenience of the parking garage.

Our family needed a short term lease due to a job relocation from Chicago to Corona, CA. Alyssa was AMAZING in putting our worries to rest and we were able to transition into this beautiful apartment without any problems at all. She was in constant contact with me to make sure we were able to do this seamlessly. A big thank you for always being available and in constant contact.
