Research - Mining for resumes and name generation based off of industry

First Engagement - Candidate exploratory assessment this is a fact finding mission, we uncover the subjects present and pass compensation, motivation factors, and we find out if the candidate is willing to entertain new opportunities.

Second Engagement - Behavioral interview with pre-arranged industry selected questions. We also collect references during this interview in efforts to expedite the overall interviewing process for our clients.

Client Submittal- At this portion of the process we supply you the client with the candidates interviewing report with references.

Client Approval Process: Selection of candidates from our sourcing and interviewing efforts that will be moving forward with direct interaction with Human Resources or the Hiring Authorities.

Offering Stage: Chosen candidates that pass the last round of final interviews and will be extended a verbal offer. We assist in this process in effort avoid counter-offer from competitors or present place of employment.

Acceptance Stage: The grand day that the candidate accepts the offer.
