Installed quickly and exactly as I asked. One small issue I had was they forgot to put a brace on one of the doors, but Shawn came out immediately and got that corrected. Definitely would recommend them to others.

Installed on time. Quote was fully lined out to what I requested. No over charging. Quality installation and materials.

Arrow Fence is 5 stars in every possible category. I shopped around fairly extensively, and at the end of the day nobody came close to the experience that everyone at Arrow provided.

Mike, we are so happy that we could offer you the solution to your project and greatly appreciate with you.

I just wanted a simple wood fence with two gates. the poles for the gates weren't installed properly so the gates would twist on the poles. the hardware, for which I paid 4 figures, could have been purchased at the local hardware store for $200. but I'm sure it would have lasted longer than what they installed. they started installing the fence in the wrong spot. that should have been a hint at what was to come. they had to come out 3 times and STILL couldn't get it straight. Just an absolute horrible experience. do yourself a favor and pass on this "company". get a reputable installer. you might pay a little more, but you get what you pay for.
UPDATE: nice try "arrow". your install was pathetic. your response is pathetic. You came out a number of times to "fix" the issue. It became a waste of time for me. You haven't been called back out because I don't trust you and I don't want you on my property. How you've been in business so long is mind-boggling. and as for my reviews being negative, well....i use so many companies that to review them all would be time consuming. i do that by word of mouth. but the bad experiences....of which you have noted there are only a few, DEFINITELY get my attention and I want to save others the time of dealing with poor companies.

We do not have any customers we can think of whose circumstances fit those you described. Your account shows that 5 of the 6 reviews you have given to companies are negative. Is it possible yours is a fake account being used to discredit competitors? If so, that is very sad, and we would ask that you please remove your review. We have installed many fences and gates in the Olkahoma area including ornamental iron fencing, vinyl fencing, cedar fence and more and it is clear that we have many genuine customers who appreciate our fencing services. That does not mean we always get everything perfect. If you were a genuine customer you would know that our company does offer a 12 month workmanship warranty that we are always happy to honor for any repair needed or any installation mistakes that may have been made. I looked at Shaun's texts from me so I could program a customers code in and accidently sent a text to him to call me and within seconds he did and talked me thru it and like that I programed the customer in and out . Until next time , ill accidently call him again. He's great. Thanks shaun

Terrific customer service from start to finish on our project for a backyard fence with three gates. They delivered everything they promised and then some, on time and at the height of quality. Highly recommend!
